Bitumer TIXO is one-component, plastic, ready-to-use bituminous mass highly modified with synthetic rubber. Product is a modified bitumen reinforced with additives. High solid content gives possibility of making a good lasting bond which secures and seals the connection of asphalt materials. Bitumer Elaston 2K is a two-component, liquid and flexible fiber-reinforced asphalt-rubber membrane. The high dry matter content mass allows the creation of a durable protective coating that effectively protecting building structures from moisture contained in the soil. Elaston 2K is a product that forms a flexible corrosion barrier with strong adhesion to the surface to which it is applied. Bitumer Elaston 2K can be used: •to isolate water leaks in covered areas wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc, •in external insulation of ground walls, basements and underground warehouses, etc, •along with reinforcement such as fiber mesh, non-woven polyester, etc. in cracked surfaces, •in insulation applications where strength is required-resistance to high water pressure, •on all horizontal and vertical surfaces.

This solution is used in prewar buildings without balconies, in old prefabricated buildings, where the balconies were too small for the needs of their inhabitants, and in modern energyefficient buildings, where such a solution minimizes heat loss. All balconies are made of steel, hotdip galvanized and powder coated in a color selected from the RAL palette. The zinc coating and varnish protects the structure against weather conditions and corrosion and protects it for several dozen years. The balcony floor can be openwork or solid.
