Magnetic coupling is widely used in various fields such as magnetic drive of sealing vacuum of metering pump of polyurethane foamer, magnetic drive of pneumatic ball valve, magnetic drive of stirring reactor, etc. to prevent leakage of raw gas. Magnetic coupling is mostly used in high vacuum, high cleanliness, poisonous, corrosive, or harsh environment to transfer power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. Because of the use of isolation seal sleeve, dynamic seal into static seal, zero leakage can be achieved.

The pneumatic part-turn actuator ensures reliable control of the 6L ball valve. The piston drive is compact and maintenance-free and can be operated with all neutral, gaseous media. The actuator has a spring-return as standard.

The 6X multiport ball valve with pneumatic part-turn actuator (STANDARD) consists of two multi-way ball valves in a compact design arranged one on top of the other in a housing with two levels. There is no flow connection between the individual levels. With one switching process both media flows are synchronously distributed or collected using a common shaft. Unintentional mixing of the media flows is not possible.

The sliding gate control valve type 8043 in long design with piston actuator and integrated positioner is due to its compact design universally applicable for neutral and aggressive media in the chemical industry, process engineering and plant construction. Pneumatic timers are used for the precise time control of pneumatic signals in pneumatic circuits or systems. The pressure-independent function of time delay starts when pressure is applied to the control port. After the pre-selected time is elapsed, an internal 3/2 way valve is switched. The pneumatic timer is reset to the initial condition if the control port is vented for at least 300 ms. The adjustable time delay depends on the chosen version and amounts between 0.5 and 180 s. Due to its design the control pressure level must not be below working pressure level. As a result of the fire-risk evaluation according to EN 13463-1, the pneumatic timers are not subject to ATEX regulations. This means they may also be used in explosion hazardous areas as defined in IIG/ IID.

These are products which allow liquid to flow at flow direction and used for preventing flow at reverse direction. It prevents fluid back flow when pump is out of service in pump plants. Ball is closed by its own weight or counter force. Check valves are mounted considering the fluid flow direction. Ball system deforms late with respect to flap system. In the event that it is deformed , upper cover is opened and ball is removed and new one is installed and maintenance of checkvalve is made easily. It can be used easily in drinking water plants and fluids which are free of acid.
