The semi-finished products manufactured by Embro GmbH are optionally available with an electrical connection. In addition to the many possibilities of placing different elements on carrier materials with special embroidery processes, Embro offers splicing or soldering techniques for perfect and cost-effective connections. The parts are crimped or soldered together as standard. The introduction of thermal switches, NTC or other cable solutions is also no problem. Special connector solutions can also be implemented. In practice the requirement often arises to convert the measurement signals of a sensor into a standard signal in the simplest possible manner in the immediate proximity of the sensor. This permits trouble-free, low-loss transmission of measured values over longer distances to an instrument board or plant controls. Ideally suited for this purpose is the in-line measuring amplifier, which is inserted in between in the connection cable by means of plug contacts. Owing to its compact, robust design and low weight, it finds use in almost any application. Even movable locations subject to forces of acceleration, for example manipulators, present no problems. It is intended mainly for use of control cabinets in just about any location and is matched to a specific sensor. The aluminium housing is extremely sturdy and affords the greatest possible protection even in harsh environments.

Use: Multiple connectors for thermocouple and RTD circuits. Suitable for direct connection of up to 6 circuits simultaneously. Mechanical design: • Strong steel plate housing, coated with epoxy resin. • Anodised aluminium handle for easy disconnection of the plug connectors. • Available with contacts for 1 to 6 measurement circuits. • Corresponds with Standard Vertical Panel Type “PASV-(…)” and Sandard Multiple Jack Type “MJS-(…)”.

The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. To protect them against dirt accumulations, the slides are covered with bellow covers. Other covers on request. The slides are available in aluminium (nature anodized), or casted iron GGK-25.
