In the sanitary sector, our portfolio/range varies from drainage components through radiator holders in individual parts as well as complete modules to plastic parts for shower cubicles. Tecnimodern automatic counting and weighing machines allow you to count and weigh different parts such as screws, nuts, washers, parts (metal or plastic), dowels, small hardware, confectionery. Thanks to the simple set-up, you can switch from one type of part to another in a few seconds. The frame counting cell, controlled by the PLC and equipped with a filter, counts only parts and no waste. Weighing is performed by a calibrated scale. The control panel allows very easy access to the settings and displays errors in plain text.

The main purpose is to fix the parts in a plastic dowel of the appropriate diameter or: in wood, with pre-drilling, using metric fasteners (for example, fixing pipe clamps). The carving is rare, single-pass for wood on one side and metric on the other. It has a hexagon between the metric and the screw thread for tightening the screw stud.

Driva dowel, plastic / metal with a drill bit The main purpose is installation in a plasterboard wall. With a drill bit, it is screwed in without pre-drilling. The design of the dowel prevents its spontaneous unscrewing and ensures fastening without straining. After installation , the material is attached to it with a screw. If necessary, it can be turned out of the wall.

Standard clamps with triphone are used for fixing pipes by mounting to wall, ceiling or floor. M10 plastic dowels must be used in the installation of the clamp with triphone. With its insulation rubber, it dampens the vibration in the system and provides a sound reduction of up to 15 dB. It is resistant to corrosion with its zinc coating in the 8-10 micron range and to DIN 53509 conditions with its special rubber. (To water, glycols, acids and bases)
