With BEULCO BlackLine® the next generation of plastic connectors has emerged. Function and material are aligned in a way that highest possible safety and best comfort are given during installation. The connectors are made of extremely resistant high performance material (PP and POM). It is characterized by high strength and hardness in a wide range of temperatures. Additional features as the high heat resistance, a low friction coefficient and a minor water absorption make the material coparable to metal. It is resistant against UV, chemicals and corrosion.

For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

Light Clamps – the clever plastic series: With the plastic tube connectors from the "Light Clamps" series, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a cost-effective and versatile range of tube connectors for the positive connection of tubes in the light load range. This design enables the clamping of the most various tube sections and –diameters. Besides their attractive design and the intelligent system of reducing bushes the clamping elements are characterised especially by their resistance to chemicals. They are particularly appropriate for sensitive applications under laboratory conditions and for industrial applications as, for instance, in the beverage or packing industry.

Aluminium spacers are the first types of spacers manufactured by NEDEX. In order to meet the requirements of various markets, aluminium spacers are produced in many dimensions for insulating glass. Aluminium spacers are made for cut & plug applications, with plastic corner connectors and for machine bending with metallic straight connectors. The thickness of the aluminium materials varies from 0,18 mm for lower thermal conductivity and cost efficiency to 0,35 mm for bendability and strength.There are different sizes of aluminium spacers with a nominal width of 6 mm and 24 mm. The standard lengths of the aluminium spacers are 3 m, 5 m and 6 m. Other lengths are optional on request. Name, date and imprint are available. APD Series circular connectors are seen as "high performance connectors" in the e-mobility sector in accordance with ISO 15170. Due to their special plastic PBT housings they are predestined for applications in environments where oils, lubricants, salts, dust, brake fluids and other types of contamination may be found. The plastic connector is resistant to corrosive influences. The connectors are characterised by high ruggedness, superior IP protection, a very good shock and vibration resistance as well as resistance to oil derivatives and temperature variations. The HT assemblies rely upon a combination of specialized assembly techniques and materials, together with special fibers with appropriate coatings suitable for deployment in harsh environments. Diamond HT solutions’ benefits extend to temperature applications up to 150° C (302°F) for use in severe conditions within industrial, military, aerospace, off-shore, telecom, and other environments.
