Planetary gearboxes have the advantage of being compact with high efficiency, low backlash and provide a high torque-to-weight ratio, especially when compared to other types of gearboxes. The Delta Line portfolio of high-performance planetary gearboxes are robust; they are designed to sustain intermittent or sudden load changes and are ideally suited for precise positioning applications. The addition of the 3-stage option to the GP42-S and GP56-T gearboxes provides versatility that allows engineers to take control of design tradeoffs. The GP42-S gearbox is 42mm in diameter and the high-load GP56-T gearbox has a diameter of 56mm. The length of the gearbox is 70.6 mm and 86 mm, respectively. Within the 3 Stage option, each frame size has two reduction ratios to select from: - GP42-S available with 96:1 or 241:1 reduction ratio - GP56-T available with 101:1 or 256:1 reduction ratio

Sophisticated drive concepts for ball mills and rotary kilns require powerful solutions. Eickhoff offers different gear solutions for the various drive concepts established in the field, such as side drive, central drive and direct drive. In addition to the robust Eickhoff helical gearboxes, our ED planetary gearboxes are preferred, especially for a central drive. They offer a compact solution with extremely high power density and are therefore also leading from an economic point of view. Even torques of over 7,000 kNm can be realised. Typical applications are the crushing of raw materials as well as the burning of cement clinker. The gears are characterised by a long service life and high power density.

We offer planetary gearboxes with varied backlash degrees such as normal (only needs torque output), precision (max backlash 13 or 15 arcmins), high precision (max backlash 8 or 9 arcmins), and super-high precision (max backlash 4 or 5 arcmins).

Fullgear FRM MT-D 75W-90, is a synthetic automotive gear oil based on quality synthetic base oils and modern additive technology. It has been specially developed for hypoid gears, planetary axle hubs and transfer gearboxes. It should be avoided mixing with conventional branded gear oils.

It is a high performance synthetic manual automotive transmission oil designed for use in hypoid gears, planetary axle grooves and transfer gearboxes requiring excellent extreme pressure/load carrying gear lubricants in wide temperature ranges. STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINE Model EvoCUT6012 The new Tecno Impianti straightening &amp; cutting machines model EvoCUT are a concentrate of strength, technology and design. They are used for straightening and cutting of smooth wires made of mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze etc.; for the latter ones, we have developed tooling with specific geometries and materials. The use of brushless servomotors and very high quality planetary gearboxes for the management of the axes ensure an excellent performance in dynamic, dimensional and quality terms on the finished product. Proportional valves for pressure control allow the operator to store the settings regarding pulling and position transducer for each single application, ensuring the constancy of the set values over the time.

Predictive maintenance needs measured data to the greatest possible precision. On components with moving or rotating parts, the relevant measuring points (e. g. temperature of an electric motor’s rotor or planetary gearbox bearing) sometimes cannot be accessed with wired sensors. Accordingly, the data needed for condition monitoring can be obtained only with complex calculations and estimates. However, precise and reliable measured data are obtained only when a sensor is placed directly on the moving part. For requirements of this kind we have developed NORIFID, a simple, cost effective measuring system that is based on established technologies, supplies wirelessly power by induction to a sensor on a moving part, and transmits the measured data via RFID to a fixed receiver.

The PFHE represents an economically attractive alternative for high-load applications in which high radial loads occur. The combination of special pre-stressed inclined roller bearings and a flanged output shaft in accordance with EN ISO 9409-1 gives the PFHE a very high load capacity.
