"In phosphating, a phosphorus-containing crystal coating is applied to steel parts and galvanised steel parts by a chemical surface process. There are various phosphate processes, e.g., zinc phosphate, zinc calcium phosphate, iron phosphate. The coating thickness is adjustable for special customer requirements. In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. The automatic closing pressure maintenance ensures that the plate pack always remains closed. An adjustable pressure switch with a potential-free contact is provided for integration into the customer's control system. This prevents the feeding pump from running uncontrollably. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

Disc Springs are conically-shaped precision components designed to be axially loaded. Disc Springs are often incorrectly referred to as belleville disc springs, belleville springs, belleville washers or simply conical washers. Vacuum El System offers powder coating service for a variety of parts, ranging from small components to large metal cabinets and constructions. Parts are painted according to their application with either epoxy-polyester or polyester powder, utilising the latest technology and equipment from Wagner. Prior to painting all parts go through pre-treatment process to ensure their surface is clean, degreased and phosphated. Strict quality control checks coating thickness, structural integrity, gloss level and visual appearance. Our automated paint booths ensure a fast turnaround and high throughput of powder coated components. Maximum booth capacity is 4100mm x 1600mm x 2500mm and 800kg.
