RILLSTAR mud screens have been the choice of major drilling contractors worldwide for over 20 years. About 1 meter long, they provide a wide screening surface, limiting plugging while still retaining tiny debris thanks to 6 mm holes. Their durability is ensured by the choice of quality material and premium making. They are built out of 4 mm thick high-grade carbon steel perforated plates, ensuring a lifetime several times longer than thinner models. DRILLSTAR mud screens are designed with a removable internal spear. When the screen is used on the drill floor, removing the spear allows for easy cleaning of trapped debris. When the screen is used downhole, the spear can be easily fished in case of plugged pipe or if a back-off shot needs to be run. Screens are delivered along with their accessories : - 2 types of interchangeable fishing necks (1/2" and 7/8"). - Retrieving handle for easy manipulation of the screen on surface.

By the principle of operation, the coordinate punch press resembles an office paper puncher. The workpiece is pressed against the matrix. After that, a punching tool, the punch, strikes the workpiece with a force of up to 200 tons. In a fraction of a second, the punch and pressure ring return to their original position and the position-sensing mechanism moves the workpiece for the next strike. Our high-performance machining oil SENTOS V-LR3 has a somewhat higher lubricity compared to our SURVOS products. This product also consists of volatile components that evaporate down to a lubrication residue of 3%. All components are approved according to USA-FDA §178.3910 as surface residues for the manufacture of food packaging. This makes our SENTOS optimally suited as a lubricant and drawing agent for punching and deep drawing (even with high contact pressures), for cutting and perforation of sheets (aluminium, steel, copper, brass, zinc-plated), including transformer and electric sheets, as well as for painted and coated sheets in particular. In addition, our SENTOS is especially well suited for cold profiling, bending and embossing, as a cooling lubricant for sawing, drilling, milling and engraving as well as a lubricant for cutting non-metallic materials.

We’ve innovated the way perforated tube is processed by perforating pre-formed tube in one operation. Our five perforating machines can perforate stainless steel, titanium and aluminium tubes from 38mm to 101.60mm⌀, in lengths up to 750mm long. The specialist tool design allows tube perforation in various patterns that can be tailored to produce bespoke and unique patterns and shapes.
