It enables the separation of flour mixed with bran. Thanks to its fast rotation and the pallets inside, it prevents flour loss by separating the flour from the bran. Install impact protection For screwing and riveting secutex impact protection with an internal perforated plate can be screwed or riveted in different ways. You can achieve universal impact protection in no time at all. For welding Welding is often the easiest and fastest way of fastening. The various protruding perforated sheet designs allow a very versatile use. For gluing If screwing or welding is not possible, the impact protection can be glued with the secutex special adhesive. Cutting and sawing The secutex material can be sawed with a conventional band saw. The material tries to avoid the cutting tool. Make sure that the wedge angle is as small as possible and adjust the cutting speed if necessary. Milling Use commercially available milling cutters with a small number of teeth. Circumferential speed approx. 200400 m / min, clearance angle ∂ 10 °, clamping angle y 25 °. The use of a drilling emulsion is recommended for cooling and surface optimization. Rotate

Plastic for welding … Welding is often the simplest and best way of fastening. The range of different perforated plates offers a wide range of applications. Size and quantity of the welding joints depend on the substructure and must be defined on site. Please note that the perforated metal sheet can under no circumstances take over any static functions. Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.
