In LDPE we can also deliver tube foils with/without sidefolds. The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food,... Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

OTAL pump with disposable delivery tube made of PE, for single use. In OTAL pumps the medium being transferred comes in contact only with delivery tube. There is a danger with reusable pumps that the liquid being transferred will be contaminated by the pump, especially if the pump is used for different media or containers and it´s not properly cleaned before change. A space-saving container pump is specially designed for single use, thereby completely eliminating time-consuming and cost-intensive cleaning as well as contamination. The delivery tube of the liquid transfer pump is made of a single piece and can easily be shortened to the respective container height using the cutter included with delivery. This offers maximum flexibility and guarantees good emptying of small remaining amounts from the container. The discharge of the delivery tube can also be shortened. The disposable pump is ideal when special purity is important or if cleaning is difficult or not possible at all.
