The spatula with transparent sealing sleeve can be closed again immediately after sampling and the exclusion of contamination can be safeguarded for the sample taken.

This is an important criterion, especially in food processing and production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industry.

Detectable spatula are ideal for sampling powders, granulates and pastes. These scoops, spatulas, spoons and scrapers are not only coloured blue but also have a special additive in the material that makes them visible to metal detectors or X rays. These products can therefore be rejected with standard systems for checking for foreign objects, even though they are made of plastic.

Applicability: used in the packaging of flour, animal feed, hygienic litter for cats and chemical products. They may or may not be provided with handles and with a 100% BIO heat-sealable layer on the inside. Production: automated, from 2-5 layers of paper or other materials with controlled application of water-based ecological adhesives, extremely resistant. Customization: Sacks can be printed at the highest level of quality in up to 10 linear and/or polychrome colors, including the special ones: gold, metallic silver with ecological water-based ink. Print resolution can easily reach 300 dpi.
