Our powder paint booths are manufactured as standard or custom design according to the customer’s needs. For the cabin selection, the dimensions of the parts and the targeted capacity are the determining elements. Our booths are made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet and fully assembled with bolts to easy disassembling. In our powder paint booths with filter, the air is sucked through the filters while the unused powder particles are held by filters. The filters are automatically and periodically pumped air in reverse direction to direct the powder paint that held by filters to the sieve tanks which is under the cabinet for reusing. As a result of this process, the unused powder paint is recycled. Polyester-Teflon and Sinter-Lamellar type filters are used in our booths. Polyester-Teflon filters are preferred due to their low cost and Sinter-Lamellar filters are preferred due to their long filter life. Both types offer efficiency with recycling systems, economical solution

High Temperature Paint Paint (140°C-200°C) with a silicon resin base, excellent adhesion, high resistance to oxidizing agents and fire. Ideal for exhausts, boilers, chimneys, stoves, flues etc. It does not get burnt or damaged. It is recommended that gradual heating of the painted surface to 250°C should take place after drying, so that optimal properties may be achieved. The dye is not suitable for painting surfaces that come into direct contact with flames

The short setup times, long service life of the filter elements, fast changing times for spray systems and automated paint-change procedures offer a very high degree of efficiency. The twin cleaning units allow the use of solvent-based paints as primer and the direct switchover in split seconds to the second cleaner operating with water-based paints. Maintenance and cleaning operations take place completely separate from the production process.

Product is designed for direct painting of galvanized, aluminum and steel surfaces and for renovation of old paint coatings coated on galvanized metal sheets, e.g. covering roofs, windowsills, gates and fences. The paint can be also used to cover concrete and wooden elements, providing very good coverage and uniform colouring of the surface.
