It is suitable for a wide range of engines, including those powered by petrol, diesel, and natural gas, where anti-freeze/anti-boil protection is not required. Maxi Cool offers extended-term corrosion protection for both aluminum and ferrous alloys and is fully compatible with the rubber hoses and plastics commonly found in engine cooling systems.It’s important to note that Maxi Cool does not contain ethylene glycol and is not an anti-freeze/anti-boil coolant. Therefore, it should only be used in accordance with the recommendations provided by engine manufacturers. It is not intended to address pre-existing corrosion issues.

Long Life Coolant Red is fully compatible with traditional coolants and can be used to top up conventional coolant systems. In cases where it is mixed with heavy-duty diesel coolants, it is necessary for the user to continue adding Supplementary Coolant Additives (SCAs) for heavy-duty applications until the next coolant change.

The simple dosing and ease of handling makes them ideal for users' individual container systems; spent diffusers are simply replaced by new ones. If used according to the instructions, EXCOR EMIBO VCI diffusers provide corrosion protection for up to 15 years. If the packaging is re-used, the capsules can be replaced as and when the circumstances of your product cycle allow. EXCOR will be glad to offer advice on suitable replacement intervals. On request EXCOR can provide EMIBO Classic capsules fitted with self-adhesive strips or Velcro to allow them to be attached to the packaging.

The EMIBO Nature VCI dispenser capsule consists of 100 percent natural raw materials. While the shell is made of tough cardboard, the VCI carrier inside the capsule consists of multi-layered technical filter paper. For faster VCI release and improved circulation, EMIBO Nature uses an innovative VCI chamber system. In addition to a rapid build-up of the VCI protective atmosphere, EMIBO Nature offers a reservoir of active ingredients that maintains its protective function even under extreme climatic conditions. EXCOR ZERUST Capsules should be positioned as centrally as possible within the packaging and as close as possible to the metal requiring protection. A self-adhesive strip on the back of each capsule makes them easy to attach.

EXCOR UNICO is a soft open-cell foam 5 mm thick which has been impregnated with VCI. Thanks to its cellular structure it has a very large diffusing surface area which means that the VCIs rapidly reach saturation point within the packaging. UNICO foam can be used as a VCI booster in very voluminous film packages. UNICO foam is available in rolls or sheets. It is odour-free, dry and resistant to ageing. If you wish to attach it to walls or lids EXCOR can supply the product fitted with a self-adhesive strip.
