Colour Marking Preset Torque Wrench for Cap Screw Tightening. A mark is made on the tightened cap screw and an adjacent location on your work. This lets you check for subsequent loosening. A marking torque wrench for tightening cap screws, which prevents human tightening errors. Upon reaching the set torque the marker is designed to stamp on the bolt and work. Because the stamped mark is put on the side of the bolt and the work piece, it can not only prevent missed tightening but also detect loosening of bolts. The marker is designed to stamp only when the torque wrench operates upon reaching the set torque. Marking stays on by use of quick dry ink. TB wrenches are designed to have one permanently attached head style. Torque range suitable for micro, low, and medium torque applications. The flexible preset wrench can adapt to different fastening applications as it is compatible with varying head options like an open end, box end, flare end, hex key end, or a ratchet head. Preset wrenches are ideal for fastening applications where operators repeatedly assemble parts at the same torque setting and ensure that the correct torque value is consistently applied to each fastener by reducing the risk of setting tampering by operators. The TB wrench breaks over once it achieves its preset torque setting, signaling the operator to stop applying torque to the fastener or bolt. The all-new TAC (Torque & Angle Control) is really two wrenches in one. First, and foremost, it is a traditional mechanical click-wrench. When the preset torque value is achieved, the internal mechanism moves, striking the side of the flattened case. That creates a distinctive sound. The operator stops pulling when the wrench clicked, the LED flashes green, and the display on the Global 400 advances the batch count and flashes green. Note that there are two torque values shown on the Global 400 display. There is the "click" torque value, the point at which the wrench clicked. There is also the peak value. This is the point at which the operator stopped pulling. The display to the right also shows that the appropriate torque value was achieved 22 degrees of rotation after snug torque was achieved. Yokota system e-wrenches have a built-in torque transducer and angle-encoder on the main shaft and is wireless connected to a controller. The Yokota battery system e-wrench is the perfect solution for applications where cables or hoses are disruptive, but you still need to have all data checked, controlled and documented. Wireless communication with the control unit WU-1 for up to 10 meters. Each controller can be paired with up to 4 independently operating battery system e-wrenches. For data-collection, the controller is equipped with a RJ-45 connector for LAN Ethernet TCP/IP.
