LUBRICLEAN EP is a "green" solvent issued from vegetable chemistry. LUBRICLEAN EP is certified without chlorine, aromatics and none VOC (volatile organic compounds). After application on surfaces to be cleaned, LUBRICLEAN EP evaporates slowly at ambient temperature and leaves a thin oily film with extreme pressure properties. The film is easily emulsifiable with water if complete degreasing is required.

GEAR FLUID® is a range of high viscosity oils for the lubrication of open gears used in the cement, lime, iron and steel industries, thermal power plants (coal), mineral processing, fertilizers, chemistry (lateral transmissions of furnaces, mills, dryers, coolers, mixers and rotating tubes in general).

In addition to a high temperature range, this product has many more unique properties. The High Temperature Grease does not melt, drip or char. Not even at extreme pressure and extremely high temperatures. The HT-G also protects against corrosion and provides long-term lubrication. This product is ideal for the lubrication of, among other things, guides, valves, shafts, bearings, crown wheels, open gears, transmissions and mainly roller and ball bearings that have to deal with high temperatures. Ultimately, using the High Temperature Grease will result in less machine maintenance and longer life. When HT-G is used, it will change color from pale gold to light brown while acquiring a slightly firmer character at a temperature of about +/- 121 ° C.

It features a straight style in both sash and bead.

This new fire resistant door system that has a fire resistance classification of EI260, resolves the security requirements in case of fire, allowing for the compartimentalization in fire sectors in the building and the evacuation of the users. Comprising of 80 mm section straight line coplanar profiles, 2.2 mm thick and a 35 mm thermal breaking zone, it offers a 60 minute fire resistance time thanks to the utilisation of retardant insulation materials that do not combust in the profile chambers as well as intumescentant gaskets that dilate and bio-soluble paper in the glass area. With a frame transmission value from 1.4 W/m²K, it reaches unbeatable thermal features and with its large glazing capacity having a free space of 56 mm, it guarantees a maximum accoustic insulation. Possibility of joining with fixed lights, incorporation of opening gearing with anti-panic function, automatic door closers and handles/hinges officially approved in the sectoring of fires.

BioTac MP Environmentally friendly multi-purpose EP grease Description Castrol BioTac MP is an environmentally friendly multi-purpose EP grease and is based on a lithium complex thickener, a biodegradable base oil and a performance-optimized additive system, which gives the product corrosion protection, oxidative stability and load-bearing properties. The use of polymers improves the grease's adhesive properties and water resistance, ensuring a clean environment. Application Castrol BioTac MP was primarily developed for maritime use on open decks. It can be used for plain bearings, wire ropes and open gears, such as those found in: B. can be found in towing and load winches. Lithium Complex Moly is an extreme pressure lithium grease specially crafted with a lithium complex thickener. Additionally, it incorporates specific additives designed to shield equipment from oxidation, high temperatures, and corrosion. Highly recommended for lubricating heavy-duty mechanisms enduring extreme loads and extended greasing intervals, particularly in the mining and construction sectors. Well-suited for lubricating sleeve bearings, hydraulic hammer bearings, open gears, fifth wheels, and front-end loader bolts. Suitable for use in a temperature range spanning from -10°C to 150°C.

Supergrease 350 is an “extreme pressure” (EP) grease with a very high performance level for all uses (joints, gear racks, axles, bearings, cables, open gears, ...) This grease also possesses excellent adhesive properties. Supergrease 350 was purpose-designed for the lubrication of various mechanisms under the most demanding operational circumstances. Caliopal is a strongly adhesive high-grade lubricant purposely developed with a high-viscous base oil. This means that the product can withstand heavy loads and is very water-resistant. This grease offers excellent resistance to high pressure, without use of sulphur-containing EP additives. Caliopal is recommended for applications subject to a combination of heavy loads, low speeds and possible washing-out. The product is also suitable for lubricating open gears, heavy chains, tractor seats,... Due to the high viscosity of the base oil, Caliopal is not suitable for use in fast-moving anti-friction bearings. Very adhesive lithium/calcium complex grease with NLGI class 0, specially suitable for open gear drives. Grizzlygrease provides a very high load carrying capacity and good corrosion protection properties.
