BEDIA intelligent tank sensor ITS 65 is used to monitor the filling levels of oils of any kind. The sensor is able to automatically recognize and what kind of oil (hydaulic oil, engine oil etc.) is present and calibrates itself to it. The capacitative measurement principle permits measurement of levels without mechanically moving parts. This considerably increases stability and operating safety. Mechanics The new tank sensor ITS 65 is characterized by a particularly stable, but light mechanical system specially designed for “Heavy Duty Applications”. The mounting flange and measurement tube are constructed from die cast aluminium. This construction permits the insertion of tank sensors up to 1200 mm in length, without additional support on the tank floor. Analogue Output The analogue output is available as an voltage output with a range from 0 V to 10 V or as an PWM output.

IDS 80 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 80 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels This oil heater fan of the IDS pro series is especially suitable for longer heating applications, because it is possible to connect an external oil tank in addition to the integrated fuel container. The double-walled housing with protective coating ideally absorbs sound, minimizes surface temperature and thus the risk of injuries. Electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling are further safety measures. The carriage and big wheels provide sufficient flexibility. INDIRECT (VIA STORAGE MEDIUM) OIL HEATER FAN IDS 900The IDS 900, our most powerful model of this series of mobile indirect oil heaters, provides the strongest mobile heating power The greatest model of the IDS series was especially designed for heating individual halls or several rooms and comes equipped with a flow-optimized stainless steel combustion chamber for a particularly high efficiency and with an exceptionally powerful axial fan. The compact construction comprises a robust, epoxy coated steel frame with double-walled housing for optimum soundproofing and insulation. Function related, the delivery of the oil heater fan IDS 900 does not include an integrated fuel container, which is why the use of an external tank is recommended for automated continuous heating.
