Since 2020, Stella has been offering the services of an industrial molecular distillation unit entirely dedicated to external customers. With its 4 tanks of 15m3 each, this unit offers an extended capacity for the large volumes of our industrial partners. Molecular distillation is a green technology that uses no solvents or chemicals in the treatment and purification of oils, waxes and fats in general.

The Mini Water Vac is a designated oil purification unit which can be applied directly to various types of machine reservoirs. It dehydrates and cleans most types of oils such as lubricating, hydraulic, transformer, and switch oils. The Mini Water Vac is a self-regulating filtration unit which removes particles, gas, and water. The purified oil satisfies the most stringent quality requirements. Soybean oil is a vegetable oil obtained from soybean seeds. The value of this oil is in its rich content of organic acids: linoleic, stearic, palmitic, oleic. This product also contains iron, vitamins E, K, choline and zinc. Soybean oil strengthens the immune system, lowers cholesterol in the blood, and helps prevent a number of serious diseases. Unrefined soybean oil has a dark yellow colour with a green tint and a characteristic smell; it is used mainly for the manufacture of food products, fodder for livestock and in industry. Refined soybean oil undergoes a full purification cycle, as a result of which the product acquires a golden colour and becomes more transparent. High-oleic sunflower oil is produced from special varieties of sunflower, which has a high content of the monounsaturated fatty acid Omega-9 (at least 75%) and a low content of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic Omega-6. High-oleic oil is more resistant to oxidation, high temperatures and has a longer shelf life compared to ordinary sunflower oil. Impulse Commodity Trading offers high oleic sunflower oil, crude and refined, in bulk. Unrefined (crude) high oleic oil is produced by mechanical purification and thus preserves all useful vitamins and fatty acids. Such oil has a pronounced taste and aroma, an amber colour and may contain sediment. In the production of high-oleic refined oil, a full purification cycle is used. After enhanced filtration, sunflower oil becomes transparent, without extraneous odours and sediment. Less useful substances remain in the product but it becomes stable for storage and safe when heated, so it is suitable for frying.

This preparation is used for: 1) Ecological purification from edible oils, petroleum and petroleum products of soil, rivers, sea, ocean, a coastal site. Our preparation will help to reduce penalties and instantly eliminate the consequences of an accidental spill of oils, petroleum, petroleum products and oily water overboard a tanker. 2) Сleaning oil wells, underground equipment, pipelines from paraffin deposits during oil production, washing and degreasing of tankers, units and any surface. Our preparation forms a protective coating against sticking of paraffin deposits in oil wells, pipelines, underground downhole equipment, inner surface of tankers, storage terminals, tanks. After treatment of oil wells with our preparation, oil production increases by 30-40% and cleaning procedures from paraffin deposits decrease by 2-3 times.

This CBD oil is formulated by mixing carrier oil MCT or HSO with natural raw or purified CO2 organic hemp extract. Depending on the client needs, this formulation could be rich on terpenes and minors or contains only the CBD isolate. The THC content is below 0.2% for the full spectrum CBD oil. Our C 1000 ES cleans oil in the main flow with the purity of a partial-flow filter. The partial-flow filtration of technical oils is the most effective and cleanest way of filtration. An ordinary main flow filter cannot remove very fine particles from the oil for kinematic and dynamic reasons, because it is exposed to the high pressure of the system. In order to combine the benefit of the main flow filter – mounting in the main flow – with our excellent filter results, we have developed the installation system C 1000 ES. By use of a control block which consists (amongst others) of a pressure reducing valve and a volume flow control, we filter in the main flow with the results, which are even accepted in space travel since many years. Natural oil is formulated from winterized raw CO2 extracts and base oil. After the 1st stage of winterization (partial removal of waxes from the extract, using ethanol and low temperatures) of raw CO2 extract, most of the waxes are removed. Extract becomes fully liquid and homogeneous. Therefore the liquid extract is easily mixed with oils which allows us to achieve high CBD/CBG concentrations, and maintain the fluidity of the product. The wax removal process used in Natural oil formulations distinguishes us in quality of product from the majority of the market. Natural oils contain chlorophyll, they are mildly bitter in taste and dark green in color. Variations of color and taste depend of the potency of the product and batch of extract. The product is nondecarboxylated and contains neutral and acid forms of CBD/CBG (i.e. CBD/CBG and CBDA/CBGA).

Purified oils are formulated from distilled extract and base oil. The distilled extract is the winterized raw CO2 extract purified in several stages of molecular distillation. Prior to the distillation process the winterized raw extract is fully decarboxylated. Distillation process removes various coextracted impurities from the raw extract (e.g. residual plant lipids, fine waxes and chlorophyll). After the distillation the extract is rewinterized at extremely low temperature. Distillate flavour prevails in Purified oil. The choice of base oil also affects the taste of the product. Variations of taste and color are minimal between the batches. The distillate is slightly bitter in taste, red in color and has high concentrations of CBD/CBG At room temperature, it will start to crystallize.
