The RECOVIB® industrial accelerometers bridge the gap between the performance of laboratory accelerometers (which are often expensive, fragile and offer low protection) and the robustness of industrial accelerometers (which are sometimes cheaper but often noisy and inaccurate). Our accelerometers can be deployed in industrial environments for monitoring machinery or structures. The RECOVIB® accelerometers are of proven design and the majority of the models available are widely used in a variety of fields, such as the machine tools, precision machining and on-shore and off-shore wind energy sectors in monitoring or active vibration control applications. INTERNAL SIGNAL CONDITIONING The signals from the vibration sensor are amplified and conditioned by the accelerometer unit itself before being passed to the data acquisition system through a disturbed industrial medium. Diamond offers High Temperature (HT) fiber optic metal assemblies developed specially to withstand operating temperatures beyond the range of conventional plastic connectors over extended periods. The HT assemblies rely upon a combination of specialized assembly techniques and materials, together with special fibers with appropriate coatings suitable for deployment in harsh environments. Diamond HT solutions’ benefits extend to temperature applications up to 150° C (302°F) for use in severe conditions within industrial, military, aerospace, off-shore, telecom, and other environments. These add up on top of traditional advantages such as immunity to electromagnetic interference, better environmental stability and enhanced remote sensing compared to traditional electronic sensors. Diamond HT standard assemblies are available in PC and APC version with standard MM or SM fibers. Other configurations are available upon request.

This machine can be constructed to go up to 250mm diameter cable which aids in recycling the Umbilical and Subsea cable from off shore energy sources and oil plants.
