Using fleece rolls or pre-cut fleece sheets from Tyrolit provides an excellent tool for hand sanding and orbital sanders, perfectly adapting to surfaces. These materials consist of abrasive grains bonded to a three-dimensional nylon filament support, ideal for cleaning and machining surfaces like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, and titanium. Our fleece rolls come in various specifications for different applications, from cleaning welding seams to superfine polishing for satin finishes on metals and stainless steel. Benefits include consistent finishing, long lifetime, flexibility, tear resistance, and cool grinding without clogging. They are also waterproof and washable, leaving no rust. Lath Brushes are available in a polymer moulded back & short nylon filaments that slides into its own holder to offer a flat sliding surface.

Strip size is 8mm x a variety of filament lengths. 25mm; 50mm; 75mm; 100mm; 125mm & 150mm. All other sizes available on request up to 1300mm filament length. Filament length sizes available between 3mm - 1800mm. Filament Material : Black Nylon Filament Length : Any Filament dia: 0.25mm - 1.00mm Mild steel back. Hard wearing with approximately 3% moisture absorption & 8.5% water absorption- therefore it swells slightly in water. Abrasion resistance and bend recovery are both good.
