This premium pyroelectric quad detector is tailored for measurement applications for the analysis of nitrogen oxides (NOX) in environments from -20 to 85 °C. The filters determine the infrared detection of the following gases: water vapor (H2O) (CWL: 6580 ± 40, HBW: ± 35 nm), nitric oxide (NO) (CWL: 5300 ± 30, HBW: ± 20 nm), sulfur dioxide (SO2) (CWL: 7300 ± 50, HBW: 180 ± 20 nm) and an embedded reference channel (CWL: 5060 ± 25, HBW: 100 ± 15 nm). The four-channel IR pyrodetector achieves a high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W. The MPS4SENS NOX provides reliable measurement values in ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C, e.g. for industrial gas measurement or process analysis in various industry and manufacturing areas, such as chemical, textile, environmental technology, recycling or exhaust gas technology. Micro-Hybrid is the only manufacturer of pyroelectric 4-channel detectors with a high performance membrane in a TO39 package.

Gas Detection Systems use Interference Bandpass Filters to identify the emission of a type of gas. Different gases emit at a specific wavelength which makes it identifiable when using a relevant Interference Bandpass Filter. These wavelengths are: Carbon Monoxide (CO) @ 4.73μm Nitric Oxide (NO) @ 5.24μm Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) @ 6.17μm Sulphur Dioxide (SO₂) @ 7.42μm Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) @ 3.55μm Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) @ 10.7μm Knight Optical provide a wide range of interference bandpass filters that can be used with gas detection. The Interference Bandpass Filters would be need to transmit in the infrared region. These would be a customised item, which we are very experienced in. We provide narrow, standard, broadband and extra broadband filters with a high optical density of 4 as standard, however this can be customised for you. For more information read PDF

Alloy 22, is a versatile austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The high chromium content provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungsten content give good resistance to reducing media. This nickel alloy also has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions. Alloy 22 has resistance to oxidizing acid chlorides, wet chlorine, formic and acetic acids, ferric and cupric chlorides, sea water, brine and many mixed or contaminated chemical solutions, both organic and inorganic. This nickel alloy also offers optimum resistance to environments where reducing and oxidizing conditions are encountered in process streams. This is beneficial in multi-purpose plants where such “upset” conditions occur frequently. Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10,000.

2 channel premium thermopile detector for IR gas analysis of nitric oxide (NO) with a CWL of 5300 ± 30 nm and a HBW of 200 ± 20 nm. Application areas of such measurement applications are mainly in the industrial gas measurement of process gases or exhaust gases. The particularly high detectivity of up to 6.27*10^8 cmHz^1/2/W, as well as the very high sensitivity of up to 171 V/W, provide a signal quality comparable to pyroelectric detectors. The integrated thermistor for reference temperature determination, an interference absorber and an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm) optimize the measurement results of the dual IR detector. Storage and operation can be performed between -20 and 85 °C. Two sensor chips with 200 bismuth antimony/antimony thermopiles each form the core for the 2 channel thermopile MTS2SENS200 nitrogen monoxide. Due to its high-end materials, the thermopile is particularly durable and delivers precise measurement results.

The NDIR bundle NO combines perfectly matched thin-film IR emitters of the JSIR 350 series and thermoelectric IR detectors of the MTS 200 series for the detection of nitric oxide (CWL: 5300 ± 30 nm / HBW: 200 ± 20 nm). It is available at short notice and provides users with measurement results for their project in a very fast way. Micro-Hybrid is the only supplier worldwide who offers all components for the analysis of infrared active gases in form of IR-emitters and IR-detectors. Industries such as automotive, railway and shipping rely on NDIR exhaust gas analysis data. This technology is also used for monitoring industrial exhaust gases, production processes and environmental conditions.

First and foremost, Ferulic acid supplements have established antioxidative properties. Like other similar phenolic compounds, the Ferulic acid structure can act as one hydrogen donor. Such donors can inhibit any formed free radicals like superoxide and nitric oxide. These reactive molecules could affect proteins, healthy lipids, and nucleic acids promoting skin aging. Due to this, ferulic acid has gained a lot of interest primarily in cosmetics as an anti-aging additive.
