Customers become satisfied customers when their returns are quickly accepted and they are speedily refunded. However, when they experience that the return logistics take a lot of effort and/or time, customers may become annoyed and never buy from you again. This is why it’s important to have efficient returns logistics in place – or to outsource your returns to a partner who can handle these efficiently for you. If you outsource your fulfilment to Monta, you have two options for managing your returns. You can choose to have us handle the returns for you, or you can do it yourself via our Return Management Authorisation system. Read more about these two options below.
