The outer ring of the Standard Type Crossed Roller Bearings is made of two split pieces, which are bolted together to prevent separation during transportation or mounting, enabling easy handling. These bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of industrial robots, machine tools, medical equipment, etc., which require compactness, high rigidity and high rotational accuracy. In addition, bearings made of stainless steel and those with inner and outer rings provided with mounting holes are also available on request. Please contact IKO.

Features Flat spray pneumatic nozzle producing fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 100 μm or less (*3). Features large turn-down ratio under liquid pressures of 0.1–0.3 MPa (ca. 1 bar – 3 bar). Produces two different spray distributions: uniform spray distribution throughout spray pattern area (when spraying at a low air-water ratio), or a mountain-shaped distribution having gradually tapered edges (at a high air-water ratio). Features Low-pressure type rotating nozzle. Solid stream jet provides high cleaning performance. As the nozzle part is movable, it is easy to insert into and eject from a tank or equipment.
