Along with the increasing demand for beveling in several industries, Copier Machinery has been developing the tooling for the best possible result to meet the industry requirements. A limited amount of tooling is used in beveling, which makes the selection of the tooling sets, and cutting bits is essential to get the desired bevel shape. Our R&D team has designed more than 350 sets of machine tooling for simple plain bevel, compound bevel, J-prep bevel, J-prep compound bevel, and internal bevel. They are compatible with Beaver S series. All meeting industry standards and/or customer requirements. If you have a specific production requirement, our team will design a custom tooling set for you.

Our solution is the RTL (Rotating Tool Lathe), which machines in the opposite way: the tube is fixed and the tool is rotating. It speeds up the set-up process and allows you to machine round workpieces up to OD 323 mm. The most important feature of the RTL series is accuracy. While RTL Z is capable of finishing a workpiece between IT8 and IT10, RTL ZX can achieve even better accuracy that is between IT7 and IT9.

The Groove Master works with an electro-mechanical driven system operated by an IPC. The grooving parameters and batch specifications (tube diameter, wall thickness, length, material, and the number of pipes in one batch) can be entered manually and saved for later or can be chosen among the available recipes within the program.

IKO Combined Type Needle Roller Bearings are combinations of a radial bearing and a thrust bearing. IKO Cam Followers are bearings with a stud that incorporates needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation and provide superior rotational performance, a low coefficient of friction and high load capacity. In order to effectively increase the loading zone, this bearing is designed to have a smaller radial clearance than general needle roller bearings, so the shock load is lessened and stable long life can be obtained. Since the studs already have threads or steps, they are easy to mount. Cam followers are follower bearings for cam mechanisms and linear motion and have high rigidity and high accuracy. They are used mostly for machine tools, industrial robots, electronic devices, and OA equipment. Stainless steel cam followers have superior corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in cleanrooms and environments where oil cannot be used or where water might splash.
