The Mounting Holed Type High Rigidity Crossed Roller Bearing has an integral structure (nonsplit) for both the inner and outer rings, with mounting holes that allows it to be easily attached to equipment. Further it is less subject to peripheral structures such as housing or pressure plate and realizes high rigidity and highaccuracy guidance. Rollers are arranged by intersecting orthogonally between inner ring and outer ring of the single structure. A separator, which can smoothly rotate rollers, is incorporated between rollers. The mounting holes in both inner and outer rings facilitate installation to your equipment. An open type and a sealed type are available. The sealed type incorporates special synthetic rubber sealing.

Iniper 117 (Tert butyl peroxy 2ethylhexyl monocarbonate) is a clear liquid which has C13H26O4 as chemical formula. It is mainly used as radical initiator to induce polymerization for the production of EPS (expanded polystyrene), ethylene, acrylates and methacrylates. Further it is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic elastomers. Enox YNE85MO, 2,5Dimethyl2,5di(tertbutylperoxy)hexyne3, is a yellow oily liquid which has C16H30O4 as chemical formula. This dialkyl peroxide is used as initiator for the (co)polymerization of styrene, besides it is used to crosslink polyethylene, natural rubbers and synthetic rubbers. 2,5Dimethyl2,5di(tertbutylperoxy)hexyne3 is also known as 2,5bis(tertbutylperoxy)2,5dimethylhex3yne and 2,5Di(tertbutylperoxy)2,5dimethyl3hexyne. Enox TBPB (tertButyl Peroxybenzoate) is yellowish liquid which has C11H14O3 as chemical formula. It is a low volatility, high purity, aromatic peroxyester. which is effective as medium temperature initiator for polymerization of a broad spectrum of monomers, per example acrylics, ethylene and styrene.
