Neo PLM is a Process and Product Lifecycle Management provider to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The product suite substantially reduces compliance risk and product cost by enabling the transformation to a modular, process design-centric structure that spans the entire product lifecycle. Neo engaged Symphony Solutions in 2016 to implement needed QA processes to suit the complexities of the Life Science industry. Through the new QA system, Neo improved the flow and transfer of knowledge across all stakeholders and processes. The QA system radically improved overall product quality and the verification of new features and updates in particular.

CPLS works with a number of clients from across the Netherlands, including major players such as TNO and TU/e and European technology platforms like ECSEL. Our work includes projects as diverse as translating physics courses and guidelines for logistical planning process software as well as editing valedictory speeches. For all of our clients, we make it our business to keep track of preferences in style and terminology, creating consistent Dutch to English and English to Dutch technical translations every time. For translations, the word rate is 18-22 cents, depending on the length, content and deadline specifications. For many English technical translations, a turnaround of 1000 words per hour is completely feasible. The rates are only fixed once a quotation is proposed and accepted. Original documents are sometimes edited after a quotation has been agreed upon and often need to be updated as technology evolves, so revisions are always possible.
