Light Agave syrup is a natural fructose sweetener extracted from Agave Salmeana, Mexico’s blue agave plant. The syrup is harvested from the core of the agave plant, which can weigh anywhere from 23 to 70kg. After removing the plant’s leaves, sap is extracted, filtered and heated to produce agave syrup.
