The Repico Slip/Grip type is the combination of the Slip and Grip types. One side restrains the pipe, the other side allows for movement of the connecting pipe.

The Quick Repair (QR) transition coupling sets a new standard for quick but professional repairing of leaking pipe connections. The QR coupling is maintenance free and made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 with a rubber sealing (EPDM or NBR) inside and is therefore fully protected against corrosion. The wedges are easy to assemble without using a special tool and you only have to clean the sealing surfaces. Furthermore a big benefit of the QR coupling is that you don’t have to stop the flow during mounting, the pipeline stays operational. This sustainable professional solution means a lot of time gain for the mechanic.

The Repico® SD – Slip type coupling two locks is designed to replace traditional pipe joining methods(welded, flanged, threaded etc.). Sealing against 10.7 bar (165psi) maximum and it has a progressive sealing. Max. angular deflection 5°. Completely made out of stainless steel 316. Green PTFE coated bolts. No special tools or skilled people are required to install the Repico® pipe couplings. Light weight appr. 30% in comparison with flanged connections. Quick to install (minutes). It requires limited space for installation, just a bit bigger than the pipe OD. Connects different materials. No transition couplings required, allows pipe section replacement. 60% noise reduction compared to rigid connections.

Features Allows adjustment of spray direction over a range of 50 degrees as desired. [Metal type] Withstands pressure design. Available from 1/8″ to 3/4″ in pipe connection sizes. Use UT-S303 (stainless steel 303) at pressure under 15 MPa (ca. 150 bar), UT-B (brass) under 4 MPa (ca. 40 bar). [Plastic type] Lightweight, high seal performance. Spray direction is adjustable while spraying (up to 0.3 MPa, ca. 3 bar). Use UT-FRPP at pressure under 1 MPa (ca. 10 bar, at room temperature). Cautions for both types: Do not use under conditions where water hammer or sudden change of water pressure occurs. For use with KB and KKBP series nozzles, a different type of UT Ball Joints are required. Inquire with us for details. Applications Accurate nozzle alignment is possible after connected to a pipe. Where large changes in spray direction are required depending on nozzle application such as cleaning and air blowing.
