Copier Machinery offers drive rolls and groove rolls for 0.75” – 24” pipes or tubes. The drive and groove rolls are easy to install, and provides a perfectly grooved pipe repeatedly.

Our solution is the RTL (Rotating Tool Lathe), which machines in the opposite way: the tube is fixed and the tool is rotating. It speeds up the set-up process and allows you to machine round workpieces up to OD 323 mm. The most important feature of the RTL series is accuracy. The Groove Master works with an electro-mechanical driven system operated by an IPC. The grooving parameters and batch specifications (tube diameter, wall thickness, length, material, and the number of pipes in one batch) can be entered manually and saved for later or can be chosen among the available recipes within the program.
