Laser engraving is often used to personalise products, such as beautiful wine boxes with a corporate logo or a personalised glass with decorative lettering. With such a vast range of materials suitable for engraving, the applications are virtually endless. Frequently used materials include wood, metal, glass and plexiglass. Our clients customise products such as wine glasses, beer mugs, pens, mirrors and wooden appetiser planks with our laser engraving machine. The laser machine software can read different file formats, such as .ai and .dxf. You can therefore always continue to work with your favourite graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD. The laser head moves at high speed, and the beam rapidly switches on and off. This makes the machine a kind of printer that burns the design onto the material. The laser machine is controlled by software which supports vector files.

High precision automated laser marking is a process of marking or engraving a material using a high-powered laser beam. This process is widely used in a variety of industries including medical, automotive and smart devices manufacturing. The laser beam can mark materials such as metal, plastic and glass with extreme accuracy and detail down to micron scale. This makes it possible to mark the smallest materials and components.

Features Full cone spray pneumatic nozzle producing fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 60 μm or less (*3). Clog-resistant design. Optimal for spraying viscous liquids. Liquid siphon feed type (liquid pressure device is not required). Use with the liquid pressure device is also possible. *1) Measured at compressed air pressure of 0.3 MPa (ca. 3 bar), liquid pressure of 0 MPa (Liquid siphon feed), and siphon height 100 mm. *2) Free passage diameter of liquid inlet. *3) Measured by Laser Doppler Method. Applications Spraying: Mold release agent, deodorant, oil, surface treatment agent, rust preventive, lubricant, honey, glaze, insecticide, aqueous urea, slurry, other viscous liquid

Features Flat spray pneumatic nozzle producing semi-fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 80 μm or more (*3). Clog-resistant design due to large free passage diameter is suitable for spraying factory effluents and waste water. Simple structure, easy maintenance. *1) Measured at compressed air pressure of 0.1–0.4 MPa (ca. 1 bar – 4 bar) and liquid pressure of 0.1–0.5 MPa (ca. 1 bar – 5 bar). *2) Free passage diameter of nozzle orifice for DOVVA-G 70° spray angle type. *3) Measured by Laser Doppler Method. Applications Denitration: Gas cooling Moisture control: Flue gas Combustion: Waste water

Features Flat spray pneumatic nozzle producing fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 100 μm or less (*3). Features large turn-down ratio under liquid pressures of 0.1–0.3 MPa (ca. 1 bar – 3 bar). Produces two different spray distributions: uniform spray distribution throughout spray pattern area (when spraying at a low air-water ratio), or a mountain-shaped distribution having gradually tapered edges (at a high air-water ratio). Spray angle of 110 °, 80 °, or 45 °. *1) Spray angle measured at compressed air pressure of 0.3 MPa (ca. 3 bar) and liquid pressure of 0.1 MPa (ca. 1 bar). *2) Free passage diameter of nozzle orifice. *3) Measured by Laser Doppler Method. Applications Spraying, Cooling, Moisture control, Cleaning, Dust suppression, etc.
