IKO Spherical Bushings are compact selfaligning spherical bushings with inner and outer rings in contact with the sphere, which can support a large radial load and a bidirectional axial load at the same time. There are many models of Spherical Bushings, but they are basically divided into steelonsteel types and maintenancefree types according to the kind of sliding surfaces. Steelonsteel Spherical Bushings have inner and outer rings of highcarbon chromium bearing steel, of which sliding surfaces are phosphatetreated and then drycoated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). They can, therefore, operate with low torque, and have excellent wear resistance and large load capacity. They are especially suitable for applications where there are alternate loads and shock loads. They have wide applications mainly in industrial and construction machinery. IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. Since the external cylinder and shaft with grooved raceway dimensions are individually managed, each can be freely added and exchanged. Click here for details on the interchangeable type High Load Capacity The structure in which balls in two rows have contact with the track groove of the shaft allows greater rigidity and larger load capacity. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft There are two types of shafts with grooved raceway solid shaft LMG and hollow shaft LMGT. The hollow shaft is useful for piping, wiring, air removal, etc. Dimensionally Compatible with Linear Bushings Dimensionally compatible with the Linear Bushing LM Series to allow easy replacement.

The IKO Stroke Rotary Bushing is a linear motion rolling guide with a small diameter and sectional height. It can provide rotary and linear motion in the axial direction simultaneously with rotational motion. It is extremely compact, has high accuracy, and smooth motion with low frictional resistance, making it suitable for various measuring instruments, IC manufacturing devices, precision machines or other small and highly accurate parts.

The IKO Miniature Linear Bushing is an extremely small linear motion rolling guide with a shaft diameter of 3 to 5 mm that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls and stop ring are compactly built in the external cylinder, allowing high feed accuracy to be obtained. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Compact Design The ultrasmall size allows for compact machine and device design. Wide Variation In addition to the standard type, the highrigidity long type has been serialized and can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types are also available, with excellent corrosion resistance and ideal for use in clean rooms, such as in medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices.

Super Precision After the raceway surface of the external cylinder and shaft are heat treated, they receive an ultraprecision finish and are set to zero or a slight preload state by incorporating high precision steel balls. Since each component is precisely ground and adjusted to ideal preload conditions, extremely smooth and stable operation with low frictional resistance over a long period of time is possible.

AVK recommends usage of support bushes in the PE pipe when using a tensile coupling or flange adaptor such as an AVK combi-flange and a Supa Plus™ or Supa Maxi™ coupling. AVK support bushes are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and are standard available for SDR 11, SDR 13,6, SDR 17 and SDR 17,6 PE pipes. Other SDR classes on request.
