IKO LBalls are selfaligning Spherical Bushings consisting of a special zinc diecast alloy body and a studded ball which has its axis at right angles to the body. They can perform tilting movement, oscillating movement and rotation with low torque, and transmit power smoothly due to uniform clearance between the sliding surfaces. The IKO High Rigidity Precision Linear Slide Unit BWU is a small limited linear motion guide with two rows of balls in contact with the raceway at four points, allowing stable accuracy and rigidity to be achieved even in applications where fluctuating or complex load is applied. It is available in abundant sizes and can be selected according to the application. Since the integrated table and bed grind the two track grooves simultaneously, machining errors are fewer, the dimensional accuracy between each row can be easily increased, and highly accurate and extremely smooth operation is possible. The IKO Miniature Linear Bushing is an extremely small linear motion rolling guide with a shaft diameter of 3 to 5 mm that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls and stop ring are compactly built in the external cylinder, allowing high feed accuracy to be obtained. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Compact Design The ultrasmall size allows for compact machine and device design. Wide Variation In addition to the standard type, the highrigidity long type has been serialized and can be selected according to the application. IKO Shell Type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight bearings with large load ratings. They employ a shell type outer ring made from a thin specialsteel plate which is accurately drawn, carburized and quenched, thus providing the lowest sectional height among the Needle Roller Bearings. There are two types of bearings available in this series; the caged type and the full complement type. The appropriate type can be selected according to the operating conditions. The caged type has a structure in which the needle rollers are accurately guided by the cage and thrust rings. It is useful for applications at highspeed rotation. The full complement type needle roller bearing, on the other hand, is suitable for heavyload applications at lowspeed rotation. Since these bearings are pressfitted into the housing, no axial positioning fixtures are required. They are ideal for use in massproduced articles that require economy, and have a wide variety of applications.

IKO Thrust Bearings consist of precisely machined cages and rollers. They have high rigidity and high load capacity and can be used in small spaces. Thrust Needle Roller Bearings use needle rollers, while Thrust Roller Bearings use cylindrical rollers. Various types of raceway rings are available, and can be selected according to the operating conditions. When the bearing mounting surface of a machine is heattreated and finished by grinding, Thrust Bearings can be used without raceway rings, making the machine more compact. They are best suited for applications where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads, such as the drive mechanisms for automobiles, machine tools, and highpressure pumps.

These bearings have a stepped tapered portion on the stud, making mounting easy by fixing a set screw to the stepped portion thus they are optimal for applications such as pallet change.

These Cam Followers are lubricated with CLube, a thermosetting solidtype lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. CLube lubricant is made from lubrication oil and fine particles of superhigh molecular polyolefin that are solidified by heating. As the bearing rotates, the lubricant oozes out onto the raceway surface in proper quantities, maintaining the lubrication performance for a long period of time. Since the lubrication oil inside CLube maintains the lubrication performance for a long time, it reduces annoying lubricating management work.

New concept! Maintenancefree track surface! Track surface doesn't require lubrication over long term use! IKO CLube Unit for Cam Followers is a lubrication part to mount into Cam Followers. Regular lubrication is not required as lubrication oil is supplied onto the outside diameter surface of the cam follower outer ring and track surface. IKO Roller Followers are bearings with needle rollers in the thick outer ring that are designed for outer ring rotation. There are separable and nonseparable models, double row cylindrical, and other models available. Roller Followers are widely used as follower bearings for various cam mechanisms and as guide rollers for linear motion in conveying equipment.

These bearings are full complement type bearings incorporating double rows of full complement cylindrical rollers in the outer ring. They can withstand large radial loads. Additionally, the outer ring is guided by the outer ring shoulder and the end face of the cylindrical rollers to the axial direction.

These Roller Followers are lubricated with CLube, a thermosetting solidtype lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing.
