New concept! Maintenancefree track surface! Track surface doesn't require lubrication over long term use! IKO CLube Unit for Cam Followers is a lubrication part to mount into Cam Followers. Regular lubrication is not required as lubrication oil is supplied onto the outside diameter surface of the cam follower outer ring and track surface. Long term maintenance free track surface achieved.

These Roller Followers are lubricated with CLube, a thermosetting solidtype lubricant which fills the inner space of the bearing. CLube is lubricant made of a lot of lubrication oil and fine particles of superhigh molecular polyolefin that are solidified by heat treatment. As the bearing rotates, the lubricating oil oozes out onto the raceway surface in proper quantities, maintaining the lubrication performance for a long period of time.

Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol or 4 – Methyl – 2 – Pentanol is a kind of chemical compound which is organic and is derived from acetone. In the mining industry, MIBC is popularly used as a frothing agent during the flotation processes of different minerals and also when producing additives of lubricant oils. Compared to other frothing agents, MIBC has a great selectivity and fast kinetics in the flotation process. It produces froths with are dry yet easy to break which increases the efficiency and yield of the mineral.

Separable Roller Followers are assembled by combining an outer ring, inner ring and needle roller cage. They can be separated from one another, so handling is easy. Oil lubrication is also easy, making them suitable for highspeed rotations. Two types are available without inner ring RNAST and with inner ring NAST. The inner ring type includes open, shield, and sealed types.
