Using IKO CLube Linear Way L for the linear motion rolling guide and IKO Crossed Roller Bearings in the rotation guiding parts, while adopting direct drive method in the drive section, IKO Alignment Stage SA···DE is a compact, lowprofile alignment stage which achieves XYθ motion.Alignment Stage SA···DE achieves highly accurate positioning without backlash by combining a highresolution linear scale and full closed loop control. External Cylinder Length Both the standard type and flange type offer two external cylinder length options, standard and highrigidity long. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft The spline shaft is available in either a solid shaft or hollow shaft, which can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel A stainless steel spline shaft can be selected as an option. They are best suited for applications where rust prevention oil cannot be used, such as in a cleanroom environment.

IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. Since the external cylinder and shaft with grooved raceway dimensions are individually managed, each can be freely added and exchanged. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft There are two types of shafts with grooved raceway solid shaft LMG and hollow shaft LMGT. The IKO Linear Way U is a linear motion rolling guide with a structure containing a raceway inside the Usection track rail and a slide unit in its interior. With the Ushaped track rail, rigidity against the track rail moment load and torsion is significantly improved. Therefore, it is possible to not only fix the track rail to the mounting base as conventionally done, but to use the track rail as a structure beam, such as a cantilever or doubleended support in machines and equipment.
