Liquid Caustic Soda Lye is basic a solution of sodium hydroxide. Depending on the intended application, it can be diluted to 32% or 50 %. The solution is colourless and does not have any smells. It is a salt formed by the reaction of sodium and water

10 ml dropper bottles Our oil dispersible food colorings are used to color chocolate and candy melts. You dose approximately 1 to 3 percent of coloring to the mass of melted chocolate. Our chocolate colorings are made with european allowed synthetic colors and are blended with fractionized coconut oil. These colorings contain azo colors and can have influence on the hyperactivity and attention in children. Available colors and ingredients: E104 = Quinoline Yellow E110 = Sunset Yellow E123 = Amaranth E124 = Ponceau 4R E133 = Brilliant Blue E171 = Titanium dioxide 75 gram cups oil dispersible Basic colors packed per 75 gram in cups. 10ml dropper bottles We have a range of 19 water soluble food colorings under de name Candycol. The colorings are synthetic and are to be used on a white basis, like fondant or marzipan. With one 10 ml bottle you can color 1 to 5 kilograms of product, depending on the color. Our water soluble Candycol colorings contain: water, 'colorings see below', preservatives: E202, E211, E330. Thanks to its special materials and processing properties, LSR offers unique design and production opportunities for Enbi Plastics. LSR has numerous uses in different industries, including health care, food, automotive, household appliances, and other sectors. For the injection moulding of silicon, Enbi Plastics uses machines with a closing force between 25 and 110 tons. This way we produce products made of components weighing from less than a single gram to approximately 100 grams, and which vary between <10 Shore A to approximately 80 Shore A in hardness, using both 1K and 2K injection moulding processes. The use of silicone in products has many advantages: the material is elastic, durable, and resistant to chemicals and high temperatures. As a result, the injection moulding of silicone has many applications, for instance in the medical world. For the injection moulding of silicone we are able to employ machines with a clamping force of between 25 and 100 tons. In this way we can produce units of less than a gram up to about 100 grams, varying in hardness from 10 Shore A up to about 80 Shore A.

Magnetic separators filter ferrous and weakly magnetic metals from your product flow. These contaminants can remain in your end product and cause rejection, but can also damage your process machines. Examples of ferrous metals in your production line: rivets, nails and screws of packaging, loosened bolts and nuts, wear of moving parts, rust or corrosion.
