At present, the product range of our magnets covers five kinds of magnetic powder and all kind of bonded magnet. They can be used in the automobile industry, office automation, electric toys and magnetic curing products, etc. Because they have high quality and high strength and they can be made to complicated shape.

Max size is 230mm,max length of the magnetization is about 60mm for special customized. 3.Coating/plating:NiCuNi,Ni,blue-white Zn or colorful Zn,Ni-Ag,Ni-Au,Ni-Sn,black epoxy or grey epoxy 4.Magnetization direction: a.Axially magnetized for disc and cylinder; b.Thickness magnetized for block and arc and other shapes; c.Diametrally magnetized for ring,cylinder;segment; d.Radial magnetized for ring magnet,the thickness of ring is within 7mm; e.Customized specific requiremets magnetized,such as Multipole magnetized.

Housing brass. Magnetic core NdFeB (neodymium). Smooth design, shielded system. Under no circumstances may Neodym magnets be pressed directly into iron, loss of attractive force due to magnetic short circuits occurs. Diameter “D” ground to an h6 tolerance. These magnets can be shortened by the dimensions “H1” and “H2”. The magnets can be mounted by pressfit, screwingin or gluing.

The magnetic door stay is intended for fitting/attachment in/to door leaves. When fitted, the magnetic door stay is hidden in the door leaf. A separate installation set (TFS26-MONT) is available. With both installation variants, the door is held at the installation point of the disc when the door leaf with integrated door stay slides over the disc. Product TFS26-HlsKs serves for side mounting of our door stay to the door leaf.
