Automatic line, designed to produce baguette, standard bread, 1/2 baguette, small bread, rustic bread with pointed ends, etc. Automatic panning, into a tray, corrugated tray, flat tray or board. Its special process and good treat to the dough, allows to produce high quality bread. It has a cutting system into: 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 pieces. Accurate and high quality bread after baking. The already cut pieces are separate by some adjustable mobile bands. Width of the loading area: 1150 mm max. Maximum production: 2000 pph individual piece. Cutted pieces: 3500 to 9000 pph.

Vertical type with: feeding Belt, prelamination Roller, tefloned lamination rollers, removable collecting belt, etc. Porgressive stretching special for baguette and hydrated bread. East and quick change of the belts. Max. production per hour 1500 pieces. Weight range 60-1000 g.

The TX machine is designed to one by one, load atuomatically into trays or boards. It has a little resting, after the first mould, which allows a better stretching of the product, without damage the piece. Suitable for hydrated dough (65-75%), “Gallego” type bread, for standard bread “pistola” type, standard bread and candeal (refined).

Products can be planed in one clamping process using a moulder head on your CNC machine and can be finished using additional units. Moulder heads are suitable for processing products made of solid wood, sheet products such as MDF, plastic or similar materials. Not even large cutting volumes can push the unit to its limits.

Our rotary moulder belts are designed to perform with different dough mixtures, whether the dough has high/low moisture, greater or lesser levels of oil/grease/fat/sugar, etc. Arville endless rotary moulder belts are suitable for extracting every type of dough product.

With the help of 2 or 4 polyamide rollers, it forms the dough in the form of pita bread with the help of pillows in the desired length and thickness. The roller setting can be changed steplessly between 0-30 mm. There is a spring scraping mechanism on the rollers to prevent the dough from sticking. Thanks to the adjustable roller group, the dough can be shaped to a length of 420 mm. The folding chain and its parts are made of stainless steel. It has a dough shaping capacity of 2500 per hour and the ability to process 100-1200 gr dough.
