ALWA MOULD COAT is a vinylester resin and is used for surfaces of RTM, polyester and laminate moulds.

ALWA BARRIER COAT is a laminate resin, which is applied to protect the gelcoat for instance with glass fleece (e.g., ALWA MOULD COAT and ALWA UP GELCOAT).

Proved, versatile release agent for moulds of wood, coated boards, steel and plastic. Sticks excellent on moulds, easy and clean mould release, for high-quality surface finish.

Our patented material is highly suitable to produce foam moulds and RTM pressure injection moulds. Advantages: • Large volumes of more than 2500 kg can be cast in less than 45 min. • Good castability • Hardly measurable linear shrinkage • High temperature resistance • Demoulding process after approx. 90 min. (after adding the last backfilling compound) • Chemical adhesion to polyester or vinylester gelcoat • Immediately after the first mould half has cooled down, the second mould half can be prepared • Copper pipes keep the mould surface on a nearly constant temperature • Post-curing is not necessary ALWA MOULD D backfilling compounds are the fastest system on the market. For the surface you can chose between two gelcoats: 1) ALWA MOULD COAT This is a vinylester gelcoat that is especially suitable for high-end surfaces. It can be polished to high-gloss. 2) ALWA EPF 10 This is an epoxy gelcoat that is easy-to-use and is recommended for parts, where high-gloss surfaces are not needed

PVC granulate is a semi-product designed for further industrial processing (extrusion / co-extrusion, injection, moulding, coating). It is made from mixtures of plasticized / non-plasticized polyvinylchloride and respective admixtures according to final use requirements.

The enamel provides permanent color and gloss. It obtains high resistance to mechanical load, abrasion and washing with detergents. It dries quickly and has no strong odor. It has advanced resistance to weather effects, UV-rays and moisture. It has perfect adhesion with coated surface. Decorative enamel with the "pearl" effect is an idea for decorative finishing of walls, ceilings, window frames, doors, furniture, forge, elements of decoration (molding, foot stalls etc.), decorative coating of different surfaces. Different colors of the product are allowed to mix. It is intended for coating of new and previously coated wooden, undercoated metal, mineral (plaster, concrete, mortar, brick, gypsum), glass, polystyrene foam and textured wallpapers.

To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The individual machine types can be configured with all conveyor systems of our portfolio and combined with the respective drying systems. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.

AQUADUR M-15 is a water-based ceramic dressing in pasty form. Its characteristic is a high refractoriness. Approximate composition: about 60 % refractory filling (Al and Mg silicates, Fe oxide) about 6 % organic binder about 34 % water Purpose of use: Aluminium and aluminum alloys, Steel castings ,Nodular graphite cast irons, Grey cast irons, Other colored materials
