Quick and reliable detection of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in packaged and unpackaged piece goods. The compact metal detection system offers you safe performance and highest detection sensitivity. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICON+ inspects piece goods of up to 50 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection. To suit the area of installation the system is available with a modular belt (wet area) or a flat belt (dry area). The conveyor belts are available with variable belt widths. The motor controller is fitted either with a conveyor stop in case of metal detection or an application-specific rejection system. For easy and thorough cleaning the VARICON+ series has a hygienic design. Quality which is reflected in BRC, IFS and HACCP certifications. The VARICON+ comes with IP65 protection. Application The RCM is designed for refacing - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the engine block, - the landing surface for the cylinder head on the cylinder liner - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the cylinder head. Capacity Refacing diameter range 200 - 720mm Features The RCM is fitted with two motors providing a smooth cutting action. The speed of the motors is infinitely variable so that the cutting speed can be adapted to the diameter and material of the landing surface. A separate power supply unit is provided for ease of operation. A small hand-held remote control is supplied so that the operator can conveniently switch on and off the machine while watching the refacing operation. The remote control includes an emergency stop to stop the machine in case of emergency. The RCM is centered by a pilot tailored to the specific engine component to be serviced.

The Senergy® motor-driven roller is a genuine innovation. It is the first roller with a brushless 24V motor to be fitted with a standard four-pin M8 connector. A patent is now pending on this new technology. It is the digital encoding of the hall-effect signals in the motor that enables signal transmission to the external commutation electronics. The motor temperature is encoded and analysed in a similar way. This reliably protects the motor from overheating by effecting downward regulation as soon as a critical temperature is measured. New TC620XS Series: DUAL PERSONALITY The TC620XS mowers offer dual functionality in a single machine, with just a few, simple moves being all it takes to switch between two different kinds of cut: classic grass and brushwood mowing, and mulch-mowing. This exclusive feature is catered for by the dual edge blade and inversion of the mower feed: in fact, you only need to rotate the drive unit and move the attachment of the third point to use the TC620XS in one direction or the other, depending on the type of cut you want. MULCHING-CUTTING IN TWO MOVES To set up the mower in Mulching mode, the drive unit is turned 130° and the third point is moved to the opposite side. This locks the deflector in position, and completely closes the body so that the grass is shredded by the twin-edged blade. There are many advantages with this type of mowing: the grass is cut very finely, and instead of needing to be collected and disposed of, it becomes part of an organic soil recycling process, saving not only time and money, but also the need for fertilizer and water. A HIGHLY VERSATILE RANGE ll as front - with 540, 1000 and 2000 rpm PTOs - and rear linkage, the TC620XS is available with a hydraulic motor.
