Modular containers are prefab structures made from light steel cold roll formed profiles that are joined together without welding. The walls and roof are insulated sandwich panels, and flooring is cement board with vinyl covering. modular containers come in a wide selection of plans to meet exact customer's needs. 10 units of 2.4x6 m containers can be transported in 40 HC shipping containers and one unit can be assembled onsite within one hour. Prefabex modular containers are an ideal solution for rapid living spaces. They come at standard dimensions such as 2.4x6 m and 3x7 m, they can also be customized to customer requirements and can be produced up to 4x12 m as one unit. The advantages of cloth filters and biorulli in a compact system for small community water treatment. Compact system for the biological purification treatment with biodiscs combined with cloth filter for the separation of excess sludge. The biocombi compact system features two treatment phases (biological treatment and separation of excess sludge) gathered in a single tank. The standard model provides the complete provision of a carbon steel tank treated and painted with a fiberglass modular cover easily removable, and an electrical switchboard on the machine with IP 55 protection. Compact - minimal compression: With its new designed geometry microFIN feather elements interlock with the bellow elements. This enables the whole construction to achieve a compression of 2,4 mm per lamella. In comparison to regular bellows which have a relatively high compression rate, the whole machine stroke can be greatly enlarged. Anti-Scratch: With its unique coating at the bottom of each fin (lamella), scratching is prevented and the lifetime of the cover is increased significant (up to 70%). Additionally it increases the tightness against coolants and chips. (available for lamellas up to 1500 mm width) Exchange: Each lamella is removable from the bellow - corpus without disassembly of the whole cover systems. This is achieved by a plug connection between corpus lamella and protection lamella. Damaged lamellas can be removed easily and cost-effective. Fabric: Due to its modular construction, an additional fabric can be added to the cover system.
