Our systematic research into new processing methods enables us to improve our production processes and the manufacturing of new products. In this way we are able to realize e.g. extremely thin-walled capillaries with two parallel surfaces. In this process the production of various widths and heights are possible. The innovative manufacturing procedure permits us to produce wall thicknesses of less than 150 μm. Thanks to the minimal wall thickness and parallel sides these capillaries are perfect for high-precision measurements, because the measurement signals are hardly disturbed or absorbed. Therefore, these capillaries are ideally suited for the use as measuring cuvettes and flow cells. The distinctiveness of these capillaries is their very thin wall-thickness in relation to their diameter. The extremely thin walls lead to the special feature of these capillaries to be deformed easily. Additional features linked to the thin wall-thickness are minimal optical distortion as well as very low absorption for a wide range of radiation. Open-porous stone surfaces react sensitively to fats, oils and other dirt deposits, which easily penetrate these surfaces. The raw surfaces deeply absorb these pollutants, which lead to unattractive and clearly visible stains and soiling. Even with intensive cleaning such persistent stains cannot be removed. A long-lasting stain and dirt deflecting protection is, therefore, required for these surfaces. Magic Stone Coat was conceived in such a way that deposit of pollutants is reduced to a minimum and damages from environmental influences are prevented. Through the hydrophobic/oleophobic effect of the coating, dirt particles such as fat and oily materials, lime and materials from environmental influences can no longer be absorbed directly through the stone surface. Dirt particles are easily removed without the need for abrasive cleaning solvents or machines. Magic Stone Coat protects stone surfaces with a super durable, breathable and undetectable coating.

It is an eco-friendly bio-mortar, fibrated with a special composition of fibres tested for the specific use, based on natural materials as cork granules and natural hydraulic lime compliant with EN 459-1 for insulating base coat screeds, soundproofing and dehumidifying, inside and outside with an high and constant quality level, produced with an automated system, to apply with a plaster sprayer, screed pump or by hand. The natural hydraulic lime ensures an hydraulic hardening very slow and constant that allows to obtain screeds with an high durability and breathability. Form no vapor barriers and contains no solvents. Recyclable as inter at the end of its life.
