• TIG welding: The letters TIG stand for tungsten inert gas welding and generally belong to the inert gas welding process. In this welding process, an arc burns between a tungsten electrode (non-consumable) and the workpiece. The electrode, the arc and the molten bath are protected from the atmosphere by an inert gas. • MIG / MAG welding: The letters MIG stand for metal inert gas, the letters MAG for metal active gas. This welding process is also part of the group of metal inert gas welding processes. In this welding process, a consumable wire electrode is fed continuously. The arc burns between the supplied wire and the workpiece. Throughout the welding process, the arc and the weld pool are protected by either an active gas (MAG process) or an inert gas (MIG process). This welding process can be used for a variety of materials and is also available for a large number of welding consumables.

Welded in position PB 2F, MIG-MAG in a passageway of INOX and iron. The boiler is welded with a part of stainless steel pipe and a part of metal pipe according to all standards and requirements for this type of MIG-MAG welding work.

We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

The modern equipment with CNC machines, which we possess allow us to work sheet iron with thickness till 18 mm and dimensions 1500x3000 mm. These products are with high quality, precise manufacturing and excellent external look. Metal In Ltd have two punching machines – TRUMPH and Raskin and two CNC bending machines TRUMPH. This allow us to produce punching details with maximum sizes 1250x2500 mm and maximum thickness 4 mm. Machines are with maximum length 3000 mm and power 120 tones. We also have eccentric presss machines with maximum power of kick 160 tones and hydraulic presses with maximum power 100 tones. We have our own production of punching and bending instruments. The company have three roller bending machines for sheet iron, profiles and tubes. Except upper mentioned operations we also make MIG-MAG and WIG welding, cleaning and powder coating.
