Microlens arrays are one- or two dimensional periodic patterns of small lens structures (lens dimensions up to a few millimetres). They can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. collimation or homogenization of light, depending on the design. We offer custom designs for our customers without limitations regarding the pattern in a wide range of lens sizes and overall array sizes. It is also possible to apply a microlens array directly into the plano side of all our plastic optics components. Our products can be finished with a range of optical coatings and nanostructures and will be trimmed precisely to our customers requirements.
