Our quality department serves with an independent quality assurance unit and chemical, physical control, microbiology and production control laboratories that form the pillars of quality control. Quality assurance, quality control, licensing, R&D and laboratory service units in our quality directorate carry out all activities that will ensure that the consumer encounters a quality product both during and after production. In our quality unit; All studies within the scope of stability, starting materials and finished product analyzes, process and cleaning validations are carried out with a full GMP and BRC Food understanding. Necessary in-service trainings are given to all our employees by our expert personnel.

We can provide you with the chemical and microbiological analysis of your product. Additionally, we also advise and support you to comply with applicable national legislation. ANALYTICAL SERVICES We offer complete traceability and quality assurance of all the products we offer. We achieve this by providing top-quality analytical services. These include testing all critical parameters that are continuously analyzed in our in-house and third-party international laboratories. The CPSR consists of two parts, A and B: in Annex I of the Cosmetics Regulation, all the information that must be collected and processed by the Safety Evaluator in order to identify and quantify the dangers that the cosmetic product may present for the human health, namely: PART A contains information on the safety of the cosmetic product, such as: 1. Quantitative and qualitative composition of cosmetic products; 2. Physical/chemical characteristics and stability of the cosmetic product; 3. Microbiological quality; 4. Impurities, traces, information on packaging material; 5. Normal and reasonably foreseeable use; 6. Exposure to the cosmetic product; 7. Exposure to substances and calculation of the MoS; 8. Toxicological profile of substances; 9. Undesirable effects and serious undesirable effects; 10. Information about the cosmetic product. PART B holds the conclusion, the warnings and instructions of use to label, the scientific reasoning and the assessor's diploma.

Our germ-reduced honey was specifically developed for use in microbiologically sensitive products, such as infant and baby foods, as well as for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.

Our low bac honey (low bacteria = germ-reduced) has been specially developed for microbiologically demanding and sensitive products. Our internally developed thermal process reduces germs by heating the honey.
