Our enterprise, as a commission company engaged in operations of mechanical metalwork, also offers consulting and project engineering services, though not on a continuous basis, participating in the design and realization of our clients’ products. A few years ago, the company decided to expand its engineering activities with a view to improving the various stages of processing in the company, and also to meet the engineering needs of the processes specifically commissioned by our clients. Recently, we completed testing on a scale, designed and built for our own in-house use, which will be useful in handling sheet metal. Die-cutting electrical discharge machining (EDM) and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) allow for the machining of precise, difficult-to-machine elements with complex shapes, for which the access of a conventional cutting tool is difficult. The wire EDM machining process is also used in our plant to regenerate tools and create injection moulds, dies and gears. Various technological methods are used for the processing of metal products. Wire EDM machining is an erosion treatment that, through electrical discharges, allows metals to be given various shapes, often impossible to achieve by traditional machining methods. MotoVeloZavod LLC has developed its frame and fork for road models made of high-quality welded and brazed steel, casting parts, bike strollers, and mudguards. Our company cooperates with the Austrian company Paul&Ernst GmbH. This is a prime example of our cooperation. We manufacture tricycle frames for them.
