We offer sheet metal rolling services performed according to the highest standards of precision. With the help of high-performance rolling machines, our specialists will help you turn parts from flat to cylindrical and conical in the shortest possible time. Sheet metal rolling involves cold working of the sheet metal, through which the metal is shaped, taking on curves. The rolling process is essential when manufacturing certain complex products which combine different radii of curvatures. Our rolling services cover both sheet metal rolling and rolling operations for round pipes with a diameter of 20 mm, 40 mm or rectangular pipes of various sizes. Our four-cylinder rolling machines offer a maximum width of 1900 mm, and pipe twisting up to a diameter of 220mm at max. 6mm gage. In smaller versions 1000mm, for diameter min. 125mm

The use of appropriate technology and high-precision machines allows us to ensure that plate rolling operations are carried out according to each customer’s request. The machines we use for rolling metal, have a very wide range of metal sheet rolling, which are intended for serial production (industrial sheet rolling), as well as for individual, single projects. The use of modern machines for bending sections allows us to provide service also during aluminum bending or sheet rolling operations of closed profiles and pipes.

​We provide tube bending service for components up to 2500 mm length and 5 mm thickness It is not CNC automated, we do this the traditional way relying on skills for precision.

Our specialized team enables us to carry out virtually any task related to the rolling of metal sheets up to 3000 mm in length and up to 25 mm in thickness. For complex shapes, we use micro-joints at key locations, and they will be removed after the process is complete. By bending the ends of parts, we eliminate the need for runouts, which translates into significant material savings. We roll rolls, ovals and cones, but we are also ready to meet the special requests of our customers. We have modern machinery, which guarantees precise execution of each order. Sheet metal rolling is the process by which we give the processed material a certain shape. In our company this is done in the range of 3000mm length and 25mm thickness. Rolled sheets can be used in many industries, including car manufacturing, shipbuilding, metal furniture production, as well as in the construction and electronics industries.

At our company, we proudly offer two types of tapes specially engineered to meet your toughest packaging needs. Our EL 10 tape features lengthwise glass fiber reinforcement, perfect for securely sealing heavy packages and bundling metal pipes or large rolls. For even more demanding applications, our EL 20 tape offers crosswise reinforcement with glass fiber, ideal for heavy-duty packaging and bundling in industries like white goods.

The quality of surface finishing depends heavily on preparation. Using Tyrolit's paper rolls, sheets, or cloth rolls and sheets ensures optimal results, whether grinding by hand or with an orbital sander. Hand machining is ideal for wood, paint, or lacquer, and effective for light deburring. For perfect intermediate sanding, the orbital sander is recommended, also suitable for finishing coatings and smoothing composites. Tyrolit offers various paper and cloth rolls and sheets for diverse applications, enabling easy, flexible, and efficient machining of almost any material. Tyrolit's range includes universal premium paper rolls with semi-open grain distribution for dry grinding plastic, wood, paints, and lacquers. The BTS 8101.EO O-frame is based on the combisensor principle. The system is equipped with a non-contact capacitive sensors and a Thrubeam sensor which are integrated in a traversing frame. The eddy current sensor measures the reference distance to the measurement roll‘s metal surface. The distance from the film surface is measured by the Thrubeam sensor. Together with the reference signal the film thickness is calculated. This combisensor principle allows extreme precise measurements.

Hannecard provides covered rollers for stripping used to separate the packaging from the skeleton after die-cutting. These rollers are the counterpart of a metal roll with pins and air exhaust. The pins ensure the separation between the two cut parts of the cardboard yet wear out the rubber roller during operations, requiring regular recovering of the roller. Using Hannethane rollers allows you to reduce the recovering frequency by a ratio of 4 to 6.
