The benefits of induction technology in a capless sealing process. Successful sealing on both capless and non-screw-cap containers such as snap on caps is now possible with a pressure Sealer incorporating an Enercon Super Seal™ unit. Typically, pressure belt sealing is used to replace conduction sealing or to reduce the dwell-time needed in conduction sealing. Seals are either placed onto the capless containers or reside in the cap as inserted by the cap manufacturer. The capped container is then guided through the induction heating tunnel, where downward pressure is applied to the clip-on cap or foil by a non-metallic recirculating belt. This unique design automatically takes account of component variations and tolerances, such as bottle height variation, product overfill, line speed variation and bottle centres. A Skipper Conveyor is probably the most novel and technological advancement attributed to conveyor systems meant to streamline handling and distribution exhaustively used across a wide array of industries. Unlike the traditional style of conveyor systems, Skipper Conveyors are designed with diverter chutes or gates along the conveyor line. The Automatic Distribution Conveyor possessing a Shuttle Type design is a sophisticated material handling system applied in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. This equipment is primarily engineered to automate the sorting and distribution of items along a conveyor line. Unlike the other systems, this system has a shuttle mechanism that runs across the entire width of the main conveyor, picking items up and transferring them transversely to specific offloading locations. It operates independently of the main conveyor and can handle the accurate transferring of items depending on their destination, size, weight, or any other parameter that needs to be considered. Incorporate this shuttle mechanism to improve the total efficiency and accuracy of the system in handling materials and automate the flow of goods through various processes from processing to shipping.

The log washer is a unique, heavy machinery equipment used in mining, aggregate processing, and mineral processing to clean and scrub ores, rocks, and minerals. This machine comprises an enormous shaft shaped like a log with paddles or blades which turn and shake the material in a container that can be filled with water or washing solution. The log washer paddles turn to generate a scrubbing action, thus driving their fruit, while lubricating forces remove the contaminants in the form of clay, silt, and other impurities. Supported by an aggressive action, the log washer acts to break down and remove unwanted materials while delivering a cleaner and more refined product. These particular applications have proven to work quite well with log washers, taking into consideration material preparation for further processing or to meet required quality specifications that call for thorough cleaning and scrubbing.

The belt part of the product is antique silver plated on zamak metal, the hat is made of 90% wicker + 10% Polyester blended yarn dyed knitted. It is a design product. It cannot be washed in the washing machine or dry cleaned. It can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. All products in this collection have Nickel/Free features. It has anti-allergic properties.
