Aged 8 months in French oak barrels.

Intense ruy color with nice purple nuances; it taste like plum, raisin, honey and mint. Particularly recommended to drink with nuts; dried vegetable meals; fish in sauce meals; meat such as duck or rabbit; meat cuts; cheese and some desserts.

The careful selection by hand of the grapes, the care in the use of the barrique and the respect for the characteristics of the Sangiovese Toscano give life to an elegant, harmonious, structured, soft and velvety wine this is the Rosso Toscano IGT Paretaio, produced by the homonymous vineyard of San Gimignano of Casale Falchini, with handselected Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The wine remains for a year and a half in 225l oak barrels, and spends the same amount of time in the bottle as it is further refined before it is offered to the market. The Paretaio Rosso Toscano IGT produced in the province of Siena by Casale Falchini refines well in glass even for 8 or 10 years. It stands out for its deep ruby red color, tending to garnet, as well as for its clean scent of ripe morello cherry and prune.
