Micro-Epsilon offers two sensor systems for rotation speed measurement. The capaNCDT CST6110 is a universal rotation speed sensor for counting tasks and rotation speed applications of any type. Moreover, the turboSPEED DZ140 measuring system is specifically designed for the detection of turbocharger rotation speeds.

The combustion chamber of the burner is equipped with a multi-speed EDM-papst fan, a powerful SPG motor and an internal screw feeder. All the mechanical parts are manufactured from materials of excellent quality, made by certified suppliers. The burner is self-cleaning with air that ejects ash and clinger from the combustion chamber, prolonging thus its lifespan. Its maintenance is particularly easy, as it is only required to remove 2 screws in order to access its internal mechanism. The Apoplim burner is available with or without a remote control Bluetooth® system, is intended for small-scale domestic use and is ideal for the replacement of the burner in an existing oil boiler. Spiral kneading machines are commonly preferred by bakery and pastry shops in order to shorten the usual kneading time. Also homogenous dough mixture is obtained thus volume of bread becomes even bigger. Machine can be worked as manual and automatic cycle with two programmable timers. The bowl, spiral arm, bar are made of stainless steel. The bowl can be rotated in reverse motion. Machine works as silent via belt transmissions of main power. It is a mobile machine and the wheels have locking system. Optionally, the temperature measuring unit may be added. process and allows to remove the bowl by user. The bowl is fasten to the mixer`s body with a locking system. By the way kneading standardization is always assured. Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.

Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

The StrongLine operating pillars are aluminum (3 mm thick) welded columns, standard powder coated anthracite (RAL 7016), have a sturdy base plate. The StrongLine pillar is availlable in heights from 1.2 and 1.5 meters for vehicles, 1.8 meters for pedestrians and 2.4 meters for trucks. These operating pillar can be equipped with 1 or more cutouts for mounting hardware modules and feature a door on the backside for accessibility of the components.

The SmartLine operating column consists of anodised corner profiles and aluminium painted side panels. Because an operating column helps determine the look of your service, we offer you the option of personalising your column. The front panel of the operating column is custom-made with specific cut-outs for the installation of your components (displays, readers, scanners, printers, payment terminals, etc.).
