Made of non-flammable fabric that breathes and dries well, does not sweat. Can be used in any weather. At a temperature of 25-30 degrees, the tunic is quite comfortable. The sleeves have velcro for attaching patches and chevrons, and there are pockets under the velcro. There is a fastening for the epaulettes on the chest. There are small pockets on the chest pockets. The cuff is adjustable with velcro. Stand-up collar with velcro. The tunic fastens with a zipper and velcro.

The main fabric of the UBACS shirt is made of stretch-kulir material (95% cotton, 5% elastane), the sleeves are made of ripstop (65% cotton, 35% polyester). The central part of the shirt provides freedom of movement. The fabric on the collar, shoulders and sleeves gives the necessary density and durability to the shirt and allows for comfortable and clear tactical and combat missions. UBACS sleeves have soft velcro straps for chevrons, velcro pockets (for documents and small personal items). The neck closure is a zipper.
