KASAG undertakes cutting, forming and welding works for manufacturing simple and complex welding constructions of up to a weight of 13 t in stainless steel and aluminium. Our specialists have been certified according to ISO 3834-2 in all required welding processes MIG, MAG, TIG, plasma and orbital.

ZWP is one of Germany’s largest independent contract manufacturers for transmission parts and mechanical engineering. ZWP has it´s own hardening facility. This saves time and costs in the manufacturing process. Our modern machinery ensures precision and offers a multitude of options when it comes to grinding different work pieces SCHMIDT Zerspanungstechnik relies on the highest precision and quality when grinding work pieces and components for contract manufacturing jobs. The advantages of grinding over other types of machining are the easier machinability of hard materials, the high dimensional accuracy and the low roughness of polished surfaces. When it comes to grinding, we rely on our modern machines and the vast experience of our motivated staff. We're able to flat grind work pieces with dimensions of 1700 x 750 mm and perform external cylindrical grinding on parts with a diameter of up to 500 x 2,000 mm. For external cylindrical grinding, we can handle component weights of up to 500 kilograms

SCHMIDT Zerspanungstechnik uses state-of-the-art metal working machines to apply the finishing touches SCHMIDT Zerspanungstechnik's modern milling machines make it possible to custom-machine work pieces to extremely high precision during contract manufacturing work. Our machinery includes several universal machining centres and computer-controlled CNC milling machines; among them column, bed and gantry milling machines. 5-axis milling technology allows the machine to position and move the milling cutter at any angle to the workpiece which makes producing extremely complex 3D contours possible. In addition to this, our machines offers qualitative benefits in that almost all points to be machined can be reached without having to re-clamp the work piece. We also have fully controlled rotary index tables and indexing heads, and work with magnetic and vacuum clamping systems. We're able to machine work pieces of up to 10,000 mm in size.

Inspection contracts typically cover an inspection of the equipment at agreed intervals, followed by a detailed report stating any recommended maintenance, repairs or spares. Beyond the work covered by an inspection contract our service contracts cover the maintenance work, typically involving lubricant changes, replacement of wear plate and filter media.

We have a 2000 m2 workspace, dedicated for this kind of work, equipped with the latest, state of the art machinery, including drilling machines, welding machines, milling turning machines, polishing machine and so on. We have been accustomed in MA FRUITS CONSULTANTS for years to receive the finest bananas from different farms in Latin -American , and selling them to various markets spread in the East and West under the international quality standards to meet the requirements of our customers. Our volume is regularly weekly around the year. We work on both SPOT and CONTRACT basics. Last year (2019), we received almost 1 million boxes of Ecuadorian, Colombian, Mexican, Honduran, Costa Rican, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan bananas. Despite the pandemic that affected the world at the beginning of 2020, we kept the process of receiving bananas in Mersin from all our sources to meet the needs of all our customers. Therefore, we were the largest receivers of bananas in Mersin for many weeks. In order to protect the reputation of the brands we work with, we formed an additional quality control unit at Mersin with experienced staff to control any damages that may come from the country of origin.
